All orders placed through our online store are fulfilled from our fulfillment center in the UAE. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge an additional shipping fee for resending the order.
