Refund policy

At wāk, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure our customers have the best experience. While we do not accept exchanges or returns, we do offer refunds or replacements under certain conditions.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered once an order has been delivered, except in the cases outlined below, and subject to our review and approval.

A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT MAY ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect 

AND

  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or videos showing the problem and the original packaging.

Requests submitted after 48 hours, or without sufficient evidence, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or store credit, at our discretion. 

Cash or card refunds are not provided.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.
